Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge
I speak on two programmes at the University of Cambridge: the AI Leadership programme (2025–2026) and the Leading Change programme (2026–2027).
My talk, Leading the Human Transformation of AI, sets out the leadership foundations and cultural muscles an organisation needs to adopt AI well.

I joined Google’s roundtable on building responsible AI collectively from the start, with Ivor Horn, Google’s Chief Health Equity Officer, and Johnny Soraker, AI Principles Ethicist.
The film also features James Manyika, Google’s SVP of Research, Technology & Society, and Tulsee Doshi, Head of Product for Responsible AI.
MQ: The Leadership Capability That Will Define This Century
IQ got us here. EQ was the missing piece for a generation. The leaders who will shape the next twenty years need something else: moral intelligence. This talk breaks MQ into six concrete capabilities and brings them to life through real cases.
The 70% Problem: Why AI Transformations Fail and What to Do About It
Everyone is obsessed with the technology. But 70% of AI transformations fail, not because the AI was not good enough, but because the people were not brought along. This talk identifies the human watchpoints that decide success or quiet collapse, and gives leaders a practical framework for making their people the engine of the change.
Why Good Leaders Make Bad Decisions
Misconduct rarely begins with bad people. It begins with good people inside systems that quietly corrupt their judgement: incentives that reward the wrong behaviour, cultures that punish honesty, and structures that diffuse responsibility. This talk examines how it happens and what it takes to build organisations where good decisions are the path of least resistance.
