ETHICist & Strategist

As an ethicist & strategist, I am driven by the mission to harness moral philosophy to mitigate risks and unlock opportunities that positively impact the world. With a PhD in moral philosophy from the University of Cambridge, I currently serve as a Principal at Principia Advisory, the world’s leading ethics consultancy. At Principia, I advise Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 executives on the ethics of technology and AI, values-based leadership, and purpose-driven strategy.

My work spans five continents, where I guide leading technology companies, financial institutions, and professional services firms through their most complex challenges. As a 2023-2025 Ethics Fellow at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, I continue to advance ethical thought leadership on a global scale.

I am passionate about the intersection of ethics and innovation, frequently speaking at conferences and panels. My contributions have been recognized by prestigious fellowships, including those at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University and the Women’s Impact Alliance.

The Arts

Before transitioning to ethics consulting, I dedicated over five years to the arts, working as an editor, curator, and communications manager with leading cultural organizations in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. I also co-founded four by three magazine, an independent platform exploring the intersection of philosophy and art. Through this venture, I interviewed some of the most brilliant philosophers and inspiring artists of our time, and traveled across Europe to report from international film festivals and art biennials.
